Separate iCloud and App Store (iTunes)

Can my mrs run my App Store login and than sign up and use her own iCloud for backup on iPhone 4S. I don't have enough room for her backup on my iCloud and was wondering of this is possible. We share the App Store log in

Yes. I do this. Works fine. Just create different accounts for iCloud then sign in with iCloud settings.

Yes, my wife uses her own iCloud but is under my iTunes account
