Separate iCloud photos from the ones taken with device (Camera roll)?

I have an iPad and an iPhone. I don't like how there isnt a camera roll anymore in iOS 8. I want to share photos between my devices but I also want a separate album for photos I took with the device (camera roll).

TL;DR I want a Camera Roll and iCloud albums.

Any ideas? Thanks.
