Separate Wifi Networks on Time Capsule (1st Gen)

I'm trying to set up separate Wifi Networks for 2.4 GHz and 5GHz bands on my Time Capsule (1st Gen). I don't seem to be able to make two separate networks but can do one either on 2.4 or 5 GHz. According to this article http://www.macinstruct.com/node/548 I should be able to select 5GHz under Wireless Options but my Airport Utility does not display this option. Does anyone know why not? Or can help me some other way?
