Do we have an idea as to roughly what date the "new" products may come out next month? I'm getting a bit impatient waiting. So much so that I went and bought a Gateway laptop and installed Leopard to keep me going in the meantime, sad I know.

I'm rooting for a new macbook. :confused::confused::confused:

Most people figure (but don't even know) that it will be sometime between Sept 1-Sept 30, anyone that says they can narrow it down anymore than that is lying

You either order one or wait, I do believe Apple has a 14 day exchange policy if a newer model comes out, but I'm not sure, don't take my word for it I just happen to remember hearing that somewhere (can anyone confirm or deny this?)

Yes, Apple has a 14 day return policy. It also applies even if there isn't a new model.

TY for the clarification Cassie.

But yeah even that's a gamble cause it may not come out in Sept at all so even if you get a current model Sept 15th and they don't come out till Oct. you'll still be stuck (lol if only we could all be so unlucky) with the older model

I'm so over the Macbook and its shoddy build. I take care of it and what do I get in return? Repeatedly cracked topcase and spotty-to-nearly-non-existent bluetooth.

Hope they do a redesign on the MBP so I can get rid of this thing.
