Seqouia default wallpaper in Automatic issue?

Hi. When I use the Sequoia wallpaper, in the 'Automatic' mode it seems to only be cycling through afternoon/night ... never see it as the "light" setting.

Anyone else noticed this? This is how the wallpaper looks at 10.04 AM! (only blue) -- but when I manually use "light" then I get the one with more yellow in it.

yes, in general I have wallpaper issue(s) as well, with it always re-setting to Sequoia Sunrise. ANY custom setting is reset to default on startup/restart (very annoyed as this only happened once updating to 15.2)
