Literally immediately after Sequoia 15.4 update a few weeks ago my screen saver stopped coming on. Not a major emergency so I let it go waiting for the next "point" update which just occurred today, 15.4.1, and the problem continues. Screen Saver is set for 20 minutes. Absolutely nothing else has changed on the computer or it's settings No new apps, nothing. I do remember the SS being on maybe 1 or 2 times since the updates. I have tried different images, different timing, did the "turn off the "show as wallpaper" in screensaver and "show as screensaver in wallpaper". and all permutations of those 2 settings. No new software was added and no settings changed.

I Googled the issue and only saw 1 suggestion described above which did not help.

Anyone else have this issue ?

Sorry, no issues after updating, and FWIW...

Hope others chime in to help.

Thanks. That's how mine is setup and has been setup for over a year. The weird part is, I have been watching it all night (from another room) and the S.S. did kick in ONE time over the last 5-6 hours but never again. There has to be something running that is simulating mouse or keyboard movement but everything has been the same forever. Never had the problem on 15.3 and below and I have no idea what that app may be. I have nothing fancy on here. All standard basic apps. There are a couple 3rd party utilities but they have been there all along, well before this all started and are all basic stuff.
