Sequoia 15.5 still moves/resizes windows even after disabling all Window Management options in settings.

Hello guys i have issues with the pre installed "Move & Resize" functions on Sequoia.

I’m using Rectangle for window management, so I don’t need macOS’s built-in window management features. I believe I’ve disabled all the default Window Management shortcuts (1th Image), but some of them still seem to be active. How can I completely turn them off?
For example, pressing Option + Left Arrow still moves the window to the left side, even though I’ve disabled that shortcut. I don’t want this behavior, but it keeps happening. See the video for reference: https://streamable.com/qtzwx5
