Sequoia Diagnostics won't load

Hello, I try to load the Sequoia Diagnostics and it won't load. See image. Wifi is connected and i also tried ethernet connection.

Same here! I've just tried to run Diagnostics because I dropped a glass of water and it didn't worked as supposed to
