I've had continual sporadic issues with USB devices on my M4 Mac Mini Pro. Today I tried to use a new Wise CF Express card reader and it won't mount via either front or back USB ports.
I've had a similar issue with a Logitech USB webcam for a while, where it worked when I first set it up, then it stopped working, then it would load in FaceTime but not Teams, then it wouldn't load in my primary user account at all.
In my primary account both devices show up in the USB tree in System device profile but nothing more happens, they just don't mount or connect.
Just now I logged into the a bare bones user account and both devices worked perfectly in that account.
Then I logged out of the bare bones account and back into my primary account and now they both work! I can't figure out what is going on, its weird and driving me nuts. I find Sequoia very buggy.
