Serial Number (system): Not Available

I did a fresh install of 10.7 and when I open System Information I get no serial #.

Any ideas as to why?

So I have looked on Apple discussion boards, most folks have this problem after getting a Logic Board replacement. In my case I am on the original Logic Board, but I did replace the HD with a Seagate Momentus XT.
