I've had the Series 10, titanium 46mm since it was released. I've had excellent battery life with it, usually only down to 50% after wearing it an entire day (6am to 11pm or so). After updating to 11.4, now it drains 10% or so per hour. It's dead well before I go to bed.

Any ideas?

The usual first steps are to reboot both watch and phone, that solves the problem most of the time

Already did that. Good suggestion though.
Ok, without having further details about your usage, do this:
Disable live activities
Remove all 3rd party apps
Reboot

You got to give it a couple days to see improvements

If that doesn’t work, un-pair and re-pair and set up as new, do not restore from backup.

I came to Macrumors to see if anyone is having this issue. Standard S10, which has had amazing battery life until the latest iOS update.

My 10 46mm is on 11.5 and it suddenly started to drain quickly yesterday. Normally, when I get home from work it is at around 54-70%, yesterday it was at 27% and I had to charge it after walking the dog.

This morning, I charged it back to 100% whilst drinking my coffee. Usually the ride to work has it drop to 99%, it was at 93% this morning. I turned it off at around 08:00, with 92% left, 2 hours of sitting at my desk later and it is already down to 82%.

I did also reboot the iPhone about an hour ago.

Edit: Hmm, the reboot helped somewhat, but still about 15% down on normal by then end of the working day...

If it helps any, I’m noticing less battery life on my Ultra Watch 2 with the latest iOS. It is maybe in the arena of 10-15% more drain than usual. No amount of restarting has fixed it.

Hmm, it is back to normal today. It is lunch time, so 6 hours since the Watch was on the charger and it is still at 87%.

Whatever caused it to suddenly use a lot of battery is now working normally again.

Can someone else try this ? Settings —> Gestures — Turn off Double Tap.

This seems to have returned my battery life to what it was before this update.
