As an original launch day non GPS Series 0 i guess you could call it, Apple Watch owner, i'm wondering what the benefits of upgrading to a 2 or 3 gen is ? How accurate is the GPS functionality, outside of and outdoor activity ?

What i mean by that, is i do a lot of walking around during the day inside a building.. Does it do a better job at counting steps, cos of the GPS. I often leave my phone at my desk on charge if i get up and go do something.

My corporation is giving financial incentives to those of us who do more steps. But i'm not sure my watch is counting what it should be, cos its not GPS.

I try and take my phone with me as much as possible, but at times its just not possible.

Does the GPS work indoors on the 2 or 3? Does it monitor climbing up and down the stairs ?
