Hi,

Does anyone notice the watch screen suddenly turn off after less than 5 seconds? It happened three times since upgrading to os 3.1. And the screen will turn off even when I'm interacting via crown or touchscreen. Each time I have to reboot to temporarily solve this. I don't have a developer account so could any developer please bring this to apple's attention. Thanks a lot.

Maybe try to unpair and then re pair?
Re-pair definitely fix it. Reboot also fix it. But it will come back. And this time I notice it goes away without rebooting. I couldn't find what really caused it. I only notice it happens or goes away in the morning when I wake up and try to see the time and weather, together they take more than 5 seconds, so I would know if it goes wrong. Other times of day I usually won't take that long looking at the watch so I won't tell anyway. It should be a bug, hope they fix it soon.

Just thought of something.....try this, it might fix it.

Go to your watch app on your phone
Tap General
Tap Wake Screen
Then tap Wake for 70 seconds

That may do it for you. If not, I would call Apple and have them troubleshoot or replace. Let us know how it works out.
