I’m coming from a series 2 and wondering how much a difference I’ll see? Has there been many improvements in terms of accuracy for heart rate, distance, etc over the years? Anyone else making a jump like this?

I have a Series 2 (42mm) and a 4 (44mm)
Not so much differences in terms of data accuracy, but a truly amazing difference in terms of speed and responsiveness for all apps.
And the screen size, whaooo !
Series 5/6 and 7 being even faster, you will feel like driving a Formula1 ;)

I went Series 2 to Series 4 and that was a big jump in speed right there. Going from S4 to S6 was a nice boost in speed too but not as revolutionary. The bigger screen opens up a whole set of new watch faces and more detailed complications. You’ll also be getting an always on display and new/more accurate health sensors. I’d imagine going straight from S2 to S7 is going to feel like a massive jump.

I went from a S2 to an S6 last year and it was a huge difference in app speed and responsiveness.

After S0 I got a S5 and it was sooo much better in any aspect;
then screen got broken and since few months I'm using an old S3 as a backup: seems fast as a stone... can't wait to pick up my S7 on friday, went for SS because of stronger glass for the first time, I feel quite excited about my first "non alu" AW

The only time you won't expect a speed increase is if you upgrade from a S6 to a S7. :D
