Just read the thread title. It is completely descriptive and contains all the query info. The only way it could have been improved is if the OP titled the thread. "Apple Watch".

When I switch from the chronograph face to the apps and back to the chronograph face. It glitches. It doesn’t return to the clock face smooth. Don’t know if I’m explaining it clear enough

Have you tried rebooting your watch?

After that, I would do an un-pair and then re-pair and set up as new.

I reset the watch and it still does it
