Series 3 can make/receive calls. They can hear me, I can't heard them.

Anyone encountered this? I know it's not a volume thing, because for a very brief second I can hear the person calling... or some background noise, but overall, it's not possible to make a call. They say they can heard me clearly, but I'm not hearing them.

Perhaps it's a Signal interference issue. Try a hard reset by holding down the Digital Crown and power button or disable LTE, then re-enable. I doubt it's hardware related.
