Series 3 (GPS only/non LTE) Apple Music Advertisment?

So I am the owner of a series 1 and loving it minus the fact I don't have access to my entire apple music library via bluetooth connection with my iPhone. From what I have been hearing/reading about the series 3, once the feature is added I will have access to my music library and apple music library again or is that only going to apply to the series 3 LTE versions?
 
Series 1 owner running the 4.1 beta here.

I can’t access my whole library from my watch, only the playlist and albums I’ve selected for sync and those that fall under the “heavy rotation” option which are auto synced.
