As of three days ago, my Series 3 Apple Watch is draining its battery quickly. Starting with a full charge at 7:45 am, it is now down to ~15% by 10pm, only having done a non-GPS workout (tennis) for 1.5 hours. On days when I don't do a workout, it's down to ~20%. This is much lower at the end of the day than it has been in the past, and this started only recently, and suddenly, a few days ago.

I haven't updated the software on the watch recently, so I'm not sure what could be causing this. Any ideas?

Have you tried a reset or an unpair/re-pair? How old is it? It's possible the battery is just shot depending on its age and usage.

I have not tried a reset or unpair/repair. The watch is only a year old, and I use it everyday. What was weird to me was the sudden battery drop from one day to another.

I will try unpair / repair first to see if that helps. Thanks!
