Hello all,

Since updating to the new watch OS I've had the following major issues

1) No longer registering any activities (literally no steps, no calories no anything)

2) Losing all my previous activity data even though I restored from backup (years worth at least)

3) Erasing all content and fresh install yet it still has all my details on the watch

4) Resetting to factory settings on its own (which has been the last straw hence the thread)

What can I do? Any suggestions?

Not sure if this applies. I wasn’t able to update my S3SS for a few weeks.
I am running 13.1. Other series 3 watches were an issue as well.
Last night the S3 SS had a 4 hour completion update.
It failed. This morning the same watch updates as new with ease.
I think Apple did some minor updates.
Perhaps trying again may yield different results

I already had to set it up as a completely new watch because of my points 2 and 4.

I only happend to glance down a couple of hours ago and it was showing the 'pair this apple watch' or whatever it says on its screen.

Now its back to the same as I said in point 1 above.
