Series 3 worth upgrade from Series 1

I’m a happy owner of a Series 1 AW. I see the $200 sales on the Series 3. Worth the upgrade?

I went from a s0 to a s3 last year.

night and day difference, 100% worth the upgrade.

not sure about a 1 to 3 though.

Massive upgrade. The Series 3 has 50 m water resistance, twice the display brightness over the Series one, GPS and LTE capabilities, Siri has voice feedback, the dual core processor assists the battery life longevity and easily supersedes the Series one, and I believe the speakers are louder is well on the Series 3.

And looking in the future, the Series 3 will see longer support in watchOS over the Series 1, which could be its last year with watchOS 5.
