Hey Folks i have been noticing lately that my series 4 has burn in. I am attaching a photo, can you guys tell me is this burn in or i am just being paranoid? if it is then i will talk to Apple about it.

How long have you had the watch? Did you just notice this? This looks like the (known) uneven display issue. No display is perfect but some have this issue in a bad way. Some have returned AWs until they get a ‘good’ one.

i got this last year in November when series 4 was released. Looks like i should talk to Apple Support about it.
 
This is one of the most common AW issues - it's just reasonably hard to notice in most cases (and most AW owners don't look for it). Yours may be worse than "normal" (based on the photo) but I wouldn't stress it too much if the replacement has a similar effect.
