Series 4 call failed

Just recently my watch has stopped allowing me to make calls it just immediately says call failed. When I go to answer calls with the watch it answers it but people can't hear me and I also can't hear them. Everything else on the watch seems to work fine like texting and other general notifications.

Has anyone else ran across this issue before and maybe know a way to fix it?

What about other functions that use the microphone, like Siri interactions and recording Voice Memos? If they're also not working, there may be something wrong with the microphone.

Have you restarted the Watch and iPhone (turn off both, then turn both back on)?

If that doesn't help, un-pair and re-pair the Watch.

Everything but phone calls seemed to function like normal. Tried restartting both the phone and watch but that didn't change anything. Re-pairing ended up fixing it. Thanks for the help!
