Thanks in advance

This has to be one of the worse Apple error message.
Does it mean that the phone is not connected to the internet? (Usually untrue)
Does it mean that the watch is not connected to the internet? (Usually untrue)
Does it mean that the phone can not connect to the internet?
Does it mean that the watch can not connect to the internet?
Does it mean that one or more of the devices is connected to the internet but can’t access a particular server on the internet?
Or something else entirely?

Phone and watch are correctly connected to wifi - is something very strange because when I restart the phone and watch the update can be found but then cant verify the update...

I really dont know what to do

How about waiting for public if you can’t figure it out.
I dont want to wait. I paying Apple 99 bucks for this developer betas so should be work...Thats why

Is the update that can be found watchOS 6 beta 1?
What is the current watchOS version? What is the current iPhone version? Is the Apple watch paired with the iPhone?
Double check the profile in the Watch app on the iPhone. Is there more than one?
Are the date and time right on both devices?
Try Wi-Fi on a different router.
Try removing, redownloading and reinstalling the watchOS beta profile.

Everything you ask I try and it didnt work
- I see the update on watch app, even downloaded, preparing status
- current watchOS is 5.3, IOS 13 Beta 1
- connected, paired successfully, both devices connected to same wifi a i see green phone icon on the watch
- date and time are same on both devices, synchronise with apple servers
- trying on different wifi network, same problem
- beta profile removed, reinstalled, even the watch was reset I set up as new watch same problem

One thing i notice is that when watch should restart and install the update watch didnt do that instead is restarted and watch app is froze in installing status even the watch restart - i didnt get update successfully pop up on the screen of iPhone

This seems to be exact my situation

OK. Shooting in the dark here…
Try upairing the watch
Resetting the watch to factory settings
Edit: reinstall the watch beta profile
Check that your watch is removed from iCloud settings.
Log out of all your Apple ID accounts in iPhone settings
Update the watch.
(Optional: choose English on the watch for now - was included in someone else’s list)
Avoid using your Apple ID until completed.

I came halfway. Now my iPhone can’t see the watch. I can’t reset it. It doesn’t show up on “Find my”...

Send it to Apple?

Edit: But it tells the right time

You paid Apple 99$ so how about asking Apple before being rude to anyone else here who don’t know that you paid Apple for the dev account?!.

Still shooting in the dark but found this very recent post on reddit,
“Reset the watch and unpair it using the crown and power button. When it’s ready to be paired click on the I for more info on the watch and make sure the country and time are set to the correct one to match your iphones. Then go and pair again via the app however when it’s complete do no touch the watch just click ok on the iPhone. Then go and download the WatchOS6 beta profile install and let the watch restart. It’ll work fine now. Hope this helps :)

And this similar post,
1. Reset you AW to factory settings (press and hold "digital crown" and tap "reset").
2. Change your region to USA, and language to English (if it not) on AW (click "i" button).
3. Change your Region to USA and language to English on iPhone.
4. Pair and synchronise your AW.
5. DO NOT CLICK "DIGITAL CROWN" when synchronise finished. Click "OK" button on iPhone, then download watchOS 6 beta profile again. Activate it.
6. Your AW will reboot.
7. Now you can click "Digital Crown" on the AW and BE HAPPY.

Note: In my post above, I did forget to mention to reinstall the watch beta profile after a full factory reset.
