Series 4 Cellular in Austria

I live in Western Austria and I am interested in getting a Series 4... but I don't seen any cellular companies listed as supported in Austria. My phone is with A1, and it works fine. Does anyone know if there are, um, rumors about getting cellular support for the S4 in Austria?

Looks like we are still in "Wait and see" mode for all the major Austrian provides. Bummer.

I got confirmation from another source that there are NO eSim supported carriers in Austria at the moment.
