I never noticed this when I had the series 3, but I am noticing that the purple GPS icon is active often on my Series 4. I don't have it set on any particular apps. I also noticed the last couple days I am seeing the Wifi icon also active in areas that I am not on a Wifi network. With that, I am not getting bad battery life, but not as good as I had on my Series 3.

Is there anyway to see what is accessing my GPS as I can on my iPhone, and is there a way to see what network it is on?

When you are connected to wifi it will give you the name of the network. If there is no name, then you are connected to your phone via bluetooth.

Thanks Molly, I can be stupid....Just found it now.....didn't think to look into settings. I am also seeing in the GPS settings it regularly uses it for cell tower locations.
