Series 4, mickey no time announcement

Got a series 4 but the mickey Face isn’t announcing the time when tapped. I checked all of the settings and even reset the watch. Anyone else experience this?

Make sure you don’t have the sounds off by swiping up from the bottom and making sure the bell isn’t red with a line through it
