Hi. I have noticed recently that my Series 4 intermittently but constantly wakes up on its dock in nightstand mode as though it’s been disturbed, even when it’s completely motionless. The dock charger is official Apple. Don’t think I ever noticed it doing this before the most recent update.

Anyone else?

Actually for me, it’s the other way around. I liked that I could wake up and check the time by bumping my nightstand which woke the display up. My watch no longer does it, which pisses me off. S

I’ve noticed my S3 will “wake up” more frequently when it’s on just the charging cable, i.e. it’s not installed in a 3rd party stand like Spigen sells. Even just walking by will wake it. Doesn’t bother me. Surprises me tho it’s so sensitive to vibrations.

Turns out it’s waking up because the dock power is being interrupted somehow. Or at least the watch thinks it is. The screen comes on and then briefly displays the charging graphic, so it’s not just a simple case of mistaken motion sensor input. I will have to keep an eye on things. Hopefully it’s not a hardware issue with the watch...

Thank you guys for your input so far.
