Hard reset. Hold down the power button and digital crown until you see the Apple logo. It’s likely a glitch.

When in doubt reboot/reset the watch just like you should on your phone when it does something crazy..

Done a hard reset no luck. If there is a new update coming for the watch and phone may wait for that but who knows if that is going to happen yet or not
