Series 4 Watch not charging (but shows charging)

I have 2 quick questions.

been dealing with a new series 4 that seems like it charges 100% most times but once in a while I will wake up in the morning and not see it charged past 45%. I swear i saw the "charging" logo going before i stopped looking at it.

Anyway any cases of people having this issue?

Also (and i doubt its this), we are using a series 0 watch charger, is there any differences in charging bases? On thing i havn't tried yet is a difference charger (trying that tonight).

Your S0 charger should work just fine but to eliminate that it might be defective, try the other.
