On my Series 5 Ti if you run your finger up from the case over the crystal there’s more of a lip at the top. Bottom gap between the case and crystal also seems a hair bigger. Like maybe it’s not perfectly set centered. This normal variances on these? Anyone else?

Doesn't sound normal, perhaps post a few photos, it should be flush throughout on all angles.

Photos would never show it. It’s a feel thing only really. I tried...best I could manage of the bottom and top...

I remember that this was an issue last year when the S4 came out. There was a long thread about it. Lots of people returned their watches for replacements

Yeah I was one of them. The bottom of my SBSS was pretty bad. This isn’t nearly as bad, but you can feel a difference. Top isn’t as smooth.

There’s probably quite a few variances displays not being perfectly manufactured, it just depends if somebody notices it or not. The problem you might Face, is playing the ‘exchange game’ when you change one watch and you find something wrong with the next one. If you don’t have any issues with the current watch the way it is now and doesn’t affect the display viewing, then I would just probably keep it as is.

Yep that’s my fear. My brothers is good, but the crown is stiff he said. So you never know. I’m just annoyed for the price you pay.
