Has anyone noticed on the photos watch face when you take the watch off your wrist to charge to just to take off the screen goes black?
All I can see in the blue lock symbol or eventually the passcode options pops up. I have a few other watch faces customized and when I take the watch off that issue doesn’t happen.
 
I suggest that this is normal behaviour because having a photo as a watch face seems like a private information. Since removing your watch from your wrist means that there could be someone else looking at it, you have to unlock it first.
