Hi all,

My series 6 watch is broken. I had AppleCare on it, but the AppleCare expired so, yeah. What happened is:
I went and took a shower, forgot I had my watch on, so I took it off in the shower and set it a basket. Showered as normal and when I got out I thought I felt the screen pop up and down. Didn't think anything of it. Noticed the watch was off which is weird as I had just charged it about 2 hours prior. Got dressed an tried to dry the band (just bought a new band for it last weekend).

I get into the car and put the watch in my pocket figuring I'll let the band dry a bit then put it back on. Get to where I was going and look at it. The adhesive that holds the display on wasn't sticky and wasn't holding anything on at all. I noticed I had to turn the watch on again.

Looked into repair options on the Apple Support site and found it would cost $300 to get it repaired. Decided to order the SE and stick with that instead. I'm upset as this watch was just barely 2 years old and it broke. Oh well... live and learn.

Not sure what to do with it now. Thoughts or ideas?
