What are the options for screen replacement other than the Apple Store? I don't have AppleCare and on the website it says $349. I'm not going to spend that much on it.

I'm also debating getting the Ultra anyway, but I should probably get my 7 fixed also.

I think third party repair options for AW are very limited. Your best bet is probably google:

Apple Watch Repair [country & town]

And try that.

Thanks. I'm going to call a couple of the local places and see what they say.

with Apple, you don't get your screen replaced, you'll get a refurb watch.

You can try to find a local repair shop, but, for one I do not know that they would use actual Apple parts vs some 3rd party parts, and secondly, I would not trust any repair shop to keep the water resistance rating.

can't argue that 349 is not worth not, you can try to find a listing for a used AW7 ...

Good points, I didn't think of those. The watch still works so maybe I'll just keep using it for now.
