Series 7 Faces for prev-gen?

I'm lusting hard for the new faces I've seen on the S7 promos; allegedly the 'contour' and another are exclusive to the larger screen sizes.

Any likelihood they'll be avail for older models at some point?

Not likely. Apple doesn’t make their new watch faces avaible to older models when screen size is different. We got new watch faces with the S6 last year that S4 and S5 owners (but not S3 and older) could use because the screen was exactly the same.

Apple could probably adapt the Watch face for older models if they wanted to but they want to give you every reason to upgrade to S7

They want to keep them as an incentive to buy a new watch.... or to buy specific watches like Hermes and Nike.

Most likely why they also don't add custom watch faces. New watch faces wouldn't feel as special anymore.

The contour face would not really work well on the older models.
