I've got a brand new Series 7, running current Watch OS. I can't get my hourly chime/haptic to work. I've got the required settings correct, not sure why it isn't chiming on the hour. Watch is not on silent/theater mode, sound is on ....

Any suggestions?

When I googled your issue, someone mentioned that simply disabling chimes and re-enabling it fixed it. You can also try restarting both your phone and watch.

Re-started the phone and my watch ... toggled off the chime on both phone and watch. Seems to have worked - I got the haptic on the hour, but I didn't hear the chime. It might've just been too quiet, I'll have to listen closer for it.

Thank you!

Yes, I don't have it enabled, but when I tested it, I did notice the chime is very subdued. Glad your issue seems to be fixed!
