Had a quick look and can’t find a definitive answer.
I’ve read 5W is enough, others say 20W and it needs to support fast charging.
Anyone recommend anything?
 
If you want to make use of the fast charging ability, the brick needs to be at least 20w. If you don't care about that. you can still charge with the regular brick that came with the older watches. If you use the 5w brick, it will just take a little longer is all.
