Can anyone tell me how the heck do you get this watch face that is advertised everywhere on the stainless with Milanese band. I just bought one and can’t seem to get that exact watch face. The closest is the metropolitan but the numbers on the dial are different and I can’t customize to that color. Forgive me if I’m too stupid to figure it out. Thanks ahead.

In the color picker go to the end and tap “+” to add other colors.
Rotate the crown to change aspect ratio of the numbers.

You have to select the colors and set up the complications for the watch face. Once you've done that and have the watch face displayed on your watch, rotating the crown will change the aspect ratio of the numbers.
Also keep in mind that the numbers disappear when your watch is in AOD mode - you just see the hash marks. When you wake the watch up, the numbers appear.

You've probably figured this out by now, but to exactly recreate the advertised (Metropolitan) face the colour choice is "White" with Dial Style "IV". I too was stumped by the font aspect ratio originally!
