So I've been running the public beta since it was released with no major issues until now. Today I wake up and basically almost nothing works as far as DNS goes.

From Terminal, I can 'host macrumors.com' for example and it shows me all the info for it, however if I try to 'ping macrumors.com' it eventually says "ping: cannot resolve www.macrumors.com: Unknown host"

Safari doesn't work, Mail doesn't work, Feedback Assistant doesn't work, however Chrome does (hence how I'm able to post this).

I'm not a noob in the area at all, so it's not configuring incorrectly. I'm set up to use Google's DNS servers and I can ping 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as well as 'dig @8.8.8.8' and it works. Tried wifi tethering with my iPhone to rule out my broadband provider and still no luck.

Tried restarting but still no such luck.

Anyone else experience such an issue? I'm at a bit of a loss on what to do at this point.
