1. iPT is not 7/24 online like iPhone
2. their website is not working and confusing.

yawn...

Im at work and all we can use is IE... which sucks, but this website looks horrible in IE... like a 12 year old chinese kid did it.

Arisian

edit: They do say its only for mobile Safari, however, there its even more confusing. This wont replace my desire for apps

You have to load it on your iPhone or Touch. It doesn't work on Firefox for me, but on the Touch, I have made lists, etc. Works so far.

I donno if I Trust it. I might be a little paranoid but there have been security issues so far with the iPhone and getting contact information and whatnot.

At the risk of being burned at the stake, I kind of welcome Apple's upfront resistance to 3rd party apps. They will release some kind of widget like website to download iphone/touch apps from their website. Until then, I think that websites like applists will proliferate until apple catches up.

I signed up. It's not an app that runs on your iPhone. It's a Safari-based UI for web apps and mobile websites for your iPhone and Touch. Nothing resides on your iPhone except for the cookies. I would imagine it's just as secure as any other website (meaning not very....)

I don't see why you trust apple, but not other native 3rd part app producers. we use all kinds of apps on mac too, right? apple isn't everything, don't trap ourselves in a small world apple creat, it would be so not fun and boring

This wold be nice if the itouch was online all the time, but it doesn't really do much if we're not near a wifi hotspot.
