iPad mini Serious problem with downloading apps!

Ok so I have tried número use times today to download apps in my network and I never can. I will not restore as I'm on 6.0 and want to jailbreak ASAP! So help plz I've reset everything ! Helpppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!

Restart your router or modem. If it doesn't help, does your other devices that use Wifi work ok?

Login to another account or a new one, can you download a free game?
