Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Suddenly I cannot open attachments to email messages that are arriving in my Outlook inbox. I am using a MacBook Air with OX version !0.7.5 . I can see - in faint grey- the title of the attachment as part of the header information but can't download or view the attachment. At the bottom of the Outlook screen I see the bar that indicates progress in downloading attachments flashes on and off with no action on the 7 downloads mentioned.

a related problem (I think) is the fact that I can't seem to permanently delete any messages in my email in box. I can delete them for a few minutes and then they come back.

Is this a synchronization problem/ what can I do to resolve this?

By the way when i go to my mailbox by accessing it on the web I CAN read my attachments.

Once again thanks
