I cannot even bare looking at these forums anymore because of all the "New iPhone" and "iPhone Nano" threads.. People, seriously, get over it. Don't post anything more about it, its driving me insane. I'm sure i am not the only one..

Anyway, so this isn't spam, answer this question also,

Settings > General > Usage > Call Time

Mine is at 97 hours, 19 Minutes.

10 hours 5 minutes.

Does anyone know when that quad-core nano with push is coming out?

you know what the problem is? this forum does not have enough enforcement of dupe threads by mods. there needs to be *official* threads where everyone can post on a certain topic. so you would have an official iphone 3rd gen thread, official iphone nano thread, official palm pre thread, official push notifications thread etc...

that way you dont have the forum cluttered with reposts. all threads posted outside the official threads can then be joined to the official thread or closed. presto changeo the problem solved.

mods need to step up and enforce this.

I heard a rumor that it's coming 31 days after thoose how waited get there "old" one ;)

Oh and 12 h and minutes something don't wanna look right now :D

3 minutes 59 seconds, since Dec. 27th, so two weeks. i text more than i call people. and the reason it is low is because i replaced my phone so the call time on the phone is reset..

Help the mods then, report duplicate threads when you see them, the mods aren't perfect, and at least a few of them have lives outside of MacRumors so they are bound to miss a few threads here and there. They have that nifty little triangle under the poster's names so that troublesome posts/threads can be merged/deleted/wastelanded.

Fine. We'll just report the inappropriate stuff to moderators who WILL tell you what you can and cannot post.

not posting inappropriate stuff is fine as the rules outline, and reposting with out searching is annoying at times but some people like to have new conversations and not read what other people wrote.

It's very simple to avoid those threads, just don't click on them ;).

Let people do as they wish

I agree that multiple threads on the exact same topic can be annoying, but I also agree that they are easily avoided by not clicking on them. We are being policed enough by the government and our bosses and society in general.

I think a forum like this should be mostly left open and policed as little as possible to keep it running smoothly but not interfere with other's prerogatives. Create a million threads about iPhone nano and 3 billion threads about choosing between BB Bold and iPhone for all I care. I'll read the ones that interest me and ignore the ones that don't....

Exactly what I do :)
