Server 10.3 to 10.4

I am considering upgrading our servers OS to 10.4

First off, does any one know if the print server in 10.4 was improved at all?
In 10.3 I was trying to set up a virtual printer that would save a ps file into a hotfolder but was unable to. (I did manage to get it working on each workstation)

If your not sure about this but know of other improvements to the print server, can you tell me about them?

Finally, any other features that might be worth while that are in 10.4.
