Server Connection Problems

I am trying to connect to the server at my work via wifi. I can connect to it with the ethernet cable but when I try to connect to it over the wifi it suddenly can't even find the server. Another coworker can connect no problem with his Windows laptop. I have attached the message I get when I try. Am I doing something wrong?
