Is it possible that someone else useing my computer put some of my apps in frameworks and placed ones that will keep me from seeing what they did to my computer. My finder and spotlight to name a few do not seem to locate things that it should. I have lots of apps that I dont think I had before such as Verified download agent, user notification center, system UI server, rcd, managed client, login window...and on and on. How can I dig into the nitty gritty of my computer to find users, servers and hidden accounts?

What do you mean?
My finder and spotlight to name a few do not seem to locate things that it should.
What are you looking for? Have you tried re-indexing your drive?
I have lots of apps that I dont think I had before such as Verified download agent, user notification center, system UI server, rcd, managed client, login window...and on and on.
Where are you seeing those apps?

No digging is required and there are no hidden accounts. For users, go to /Users.
