Servers in Recent Items list

Hello,

I'm running an iMac 5k with Mojave 10.14.2 and noticed something strange today. When I click the Apple logo in the upper-left corner and view Recent Items, I see both my system username and my Macintosh HD listed as recently used servers.

I work alone from home and have every file sharing setting off. What could be going on here?
