I'm thinking of taking my one-month old MBP 2.4 i5 to the Apple Retail Store to get check for unusual vibration (per Apple Care's advice). I live about 1.5 hours from it and I wanna make sure I have everything I need when I drive up there. Should I bring the original box in case they determine that service is needed and they need to ship it out or will they pack it "nicely" for clients with their own box? Is it necessary to bring the power adaptor to rule-out issues that could be related? THanks in advance for replies.

Box shouldn't be needed as they have shipping boxes there if needed. Bring the AC adapter though, just in case. TBH, just bring as much as you can, it's better to have more than needed than less than needed
