Service diagnostic app for Verizon like ATT Mark the spot?

I'm switching from Verizon, partly because AT&T has been problematic over the years. Somewhat ironically, now that I have a Verizon phone to test at my work, it is slower than AT&T is now. AT&T was pretty bad about a year ago, but seems to have upgraded the area around me work. Now with Verizon, I can't even get LTE in one part of the building where AT&T is giving 20MB/sec. With AT&T I would constantly use the mark the spot app to report a problem. Does Verizon have an equivalent? I was about to abort my switch to Verizon, but now I realize that it is too late to get the $650 trade-in deal for AT&T. I had a co-worker on Verizon test with his iPhone 6 and he is seeing similar speeds, so it isn't my iP7.
