Service in Foreign Lands

One of my kids is spending the summer in northwest France (Metz). He is in school and has (or thinks he has) limited time to mess around with a sick computer. I got an email from him to the effect that his MacBook had crashed and he needed assistance. (He does have Apple's extended warranty, althouth this computer is still in the standard warranty time.) I have tried to find places where you can get service in that part of the world, but I have not had any success. If any of you know of a link that gives worldwide Apple service locations in English I will be most appreciative.
