I dropped my Dual 2.5 G5 in today to have the optical drive looked at, it was not reading any of the DVD's i burnt on it, whilst other computers were.
I dropped it in, signed for it and then as I was leaving asked how long they thought it would take. I was thinking possibly the next day or Friday, but the guys said about a week!
Am I being to impatient or does that sound like a long time? Luckily I waited till exams finished before I dropped it in and im on holidays so its not a massive issue, but im thinking for someone who uses their mac for work that would be kinda inconvenient.
Has anyone else (esp in Aus, v.esp in Perth) experienced these kind of wait times?
